Pritzker Creates Working Group To Study Illinois Workforce And Training Needs Through 2040

SPRINGFIELD – Gov. J.B. Pritzker has signed an executive order to create a working group tasked with evaluating the state’s workforce and training needs. According to a statement from the governor’s office, the Illinois State Attainment Working Group will collaborate with an external partner to conduct an economic and labor market analysis, projecting workforce needs through 2040 and informing the state’s next attainment goal.
