Ogle County Teen Cited After Single-Vehicle Rollover Accident

POLO — A 16-year-old female driver and two male passengers were treated for minor injuries after a single-vehicle rollover Saturday around 3:45 a.m. at W. Judson Road and S. Anterier Road in Ogle County. The Ogle County Sheriff’s Office says a pickup truck lost control while traveling southbound, entered the west ditch, and overturned. The driver was cited for multiple driving violations, and both male passengers were cited for seatbelt violations. The juveniles were also taken into limited custody for curfew violations. All were released to their guardians with a future court date. Emergency personnel from Polo and Mount Morris assisted on scene.
