DeKalb Public Works Resumes Fall Leaf Collection

DEKALB — The DeKalb Public Works Department will resume collecting leaves raked to the parkway starting today, after early snowfall delayed the final pass. Crews will begin on the north side of town and work south, making only one pass on each street. Two crews will start the work, and progress may be slow because trucks are currently set up for winter operations. Additional trucks will join as weather improves to ensure the entire city is covered. Residents are asked to be patient as crews complete the collection.
