DEKALB — The DeKalb Fire Department responded around 1:40 a.m. Wednesday morning to a residential structure fire at 1022 Fox Hollow Court and brought the blaze under control in 13 minutes. Fire officials said a passerby reported visible flames and the DeKalb Police Department assisted with evacuating residents. Crews arrived to find a small fire at the rear of the home and prevented it from spreading into the soffit. Damage was estimated at $30,000 and was limited to the exterior wall and siding. The fire was ruled accidental and no injuries were reported.
