ROCK FALLS – The coroner’s office is identifying the 27-year-old man killed in a plane crash last week in Whiteside County. The pilot, Justin Wiggins, died after a small private plane went down Friday near Thome McNeil roads. Wiggins was the only person aboard. The crash remains under investigation by the Illinois State Police.
