Liz Hiemstra Named Director of Economic Development for Ogle County

OREGON — The Ogle County Economic Development Corporation has appointed Liz Hiemstra as its new Director of Economic Development, effective immediately. Hiemstra brings experience in marketing, community engagement, and small business support, most recently serving as Market Manager for the Rivers Edge Farmers Market. In her new role, she will focus on attracting businesses, supporting local enterprises, and encouraging economic growth throughout Ogle County. The OCEDC, a nonprofit organization, works to strengthen the local economy by connecting businesses with resources and promoting development.
