NORMAL — Police in Normal are investigating a mass shooting that left six people injured early Sunday in the 700 block of Franklin Avenue. Officers responded around 2:40 a.m. to reports of multiple shots fired and found several victims with gunshot wounds. All six, including two juvenile males, suffered non life threatening injuries and were taken to local hospitals. Authorities said the shooting appears to be isolated and no arrests have been made.
