SPRINGFIELD – Illinois taxpayers can use Schedule G of their 2025 state tax forms to make voluntary contributions to programs that support public health and human services. Options include funds for Alzheimer’s research and care, assistance to the homeless, diabetes research, hunger relief, and Ronald McDonald House Charities. Contributions help fund research, provide medical and social support, and supply food for families in need. The Illinois Department of Public Health and Department of Revenue encourage residents to consider directing part of their refunds to these programs.
