OREGON — University of Illinois Extension is offering a free online series called Lessons for Living, designed to help adults of all ages build practical skills for health, wellness, and daily life. The one-hour sessions, held in Ogle County with time for questions, cover topics including nutrition, financial literacy, personal health, and social support. Upcoming programs include Gardening on a Budget on April 14, Fur Real Companionship on May 14 and Oct. 13, Become a Dementia Friend on June 9, and Decoding Food Labels on Aug. 11.
