BELVIDERE — University of Illinois Extension will host a free educational program on coyotes Saturday, March 21, at 9 a.m. at the Boone County Conservation District, 603 Appleton Road. The program will cover coyote behavior, family dynamics, and how the species has adapted to urban and suburban areas across the U.S. Participants will learn what to expect from coyotes in neighborhoods and how to better understand and coexist with the animals.
